To create life-long memories of your celebration or event, Ragged Point has a wide range of facilities and scenic locations.

The Wedding Pagoda is our most popular wedding venue. A breathtaking place to take your vows, this beautiful redwood pagoda overlooks a Million Dollar View of the rugged south Big Sur Coast. A flat, lush green lawn in front of the pagoda can provide seating for a virtually unlimited number of wedding guests. 

Our glass, fully enclosed Solarium makes the ideal back-drop for your wedding pre-party or reception, or for any other type of party or meeting. The Solarium is located directly above the cliffs and provides 360 degree unobstructed views of the ocean and coastline. It is 2700 square feet in size, provides table seating for up to 100 guests, and is fully equipped for parties or professional events. The Solarium can be decorated to set your special mood or theme.

Many brides choose to stage their receptions on our large grass lawn. The lawn can be set up with banquet tables for a buffet or served meal, and can be transformed into a dance floor. Tents can also be set up on the lawn, if desired.

 Our Cliff House is the perfect place for your bridal party to stay, visit, and prepare for your special day. The Cliff House offers five private guestrooms, which are accessed through an indoor hallway, and a shared sitting room, dining room, kitchen, and lawn are available for your use when you rent the entire house. Its unusual house-like configuration also makes the Cliff House a great place to house a team of high-powered executives, large group, or extended family. The Cliff House is not bound by the rules that govern minimum rental periods and maximum number of vehicles in other off-site locations.

The Ragged Point hotel has 39 guestrooms, to accommodate your wedding guests. For larger events, our brides often arrange shuttles to Moonstone Beach or San Simeon hotels, where overflow guests can stay.

The Ragged Point Restaurant is a great spot for your rehearsal dinner or for a celebratory breakfast gathering the morning after your ceremony. Our skilled catering staff and bakers are available to plan, prepare, and present the food for your event.
